Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

  • Used or opened perfumes are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at mydosch01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return.

  • Customized or limited-edition perfumes cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos and an unboxing video for faster resolution. And if it gets approved, it will get exchanged/or delivered within 10-15 days.
